Right of Withdrawal

Your participation in the International Swimming Pond Conference 2023, your possible overnight stay(s) at the partner hotel or your partnership within the framework of the International Swimming Pond Conference 2023 must be paid electronically upon registration and thus immediately. Payments within the framework of the International Swimming Pond Conference are made to Groen Groeien Events.

The conditions below apply to the digital payment of your participation in the International Swimming Pond Conference, your possible overnight stay(s) or your partnership within the framework of the International Swimming Pond Conference 2023.

You have 14 days after we have received your digital payment to cancel the purchase of your tickets, your stay at the partner hotel or your partnership.

To do so, you must inform Groen Groeien Events by email, letter or telephone of your desire to withdraw within a period of 14 calendar days, without justification and without charge.

The withdrawal period begins to run from the day after your registration and online payment.

The burden of proof of withdrawal lies with the consumer.

Groen Groeien Events will reimburse the payment for the participation in the International Swimming Pond Conference 2023, any overnight stay(s) or partnership within the framework of the International Swimming Pond Conference, without delay and in any case within 14 days, after the day on which Groen Groeien Events is informed by the consumer of his decision to revoke.

Applicable law and courts in charge

Belgian law is applicable to this site. In case of a dispute, only the courts of the district of East Flanders are authorized.
